Classroom means a bonding between the teacher and the students where everyone gets the opportunity to explore under a positive environment. Every child is unique and has different qualities. As an educator it is our prime responsibility to sharpen those qualities. Lesson plans were supposed to be created based on the students ability and not well in advance or during the Holidays. 21 st Century demands the teachers to be well equipped to develop the skills of the students.
